Dina has written a diverse range of theatrical productions worldwide, including productions for DreamWorks Shrek, Shrek the Third, Shrek Christmas Adventure, Shrek Forever After, Madagascar, Madagascar 2, Over the Hedge, Kung Fu Panda and Megamind. She has also written theatrical productions for Hasbro's Action Man, BBC's Bill & Ben, Warner Bros Loony Tunes, 20th Century Fox's Alvin and the Chipmunks, DC Comics Teen Titans and Justice League as well as Care Bears, Garfield, The Flintstones and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Business Class Magazine recognized Dina as one of "Australia’s Top 30 Entrepreneur's under 30", for her work as a producer of children’'s entertainment. She has also gone on to win a number of industry awards for her work.

Dina is currently head writer and co-producer on primetime comedy drama Urban Knights which she also created, the New Zealand series co-production The Chalet and telemovie In My Sisters Name.

Dina McPherson started her career at a young age as an actor, singer and dancer and appeared in many major musicals throughout the world including; Big River, Crazy for You, 42nd Street, and The King & I. Dina also toured in the international cast of Cats and the Gordon Frost Production of Grease the Musical, as well as starring in international productions for Disney and Warner Bros.

Off stage, Dina was Resident Director on Banana's in Pyjama's Live on Stage, in which she was also an original cast member and has also worked with Australian Children's Television Foundation on Lift Off LIVE.

On screen, Dina has appeared in the film Rose Against the Odds and tele–movie Black Jack, as well as television series Neighbours, Stingers, Funky Squad, Blue Heelers, The Feds and children’s series ROCK IT!

A talented and award winning producer, composer and writer, Dina was the creator, producer, writer and composer for the Network Ten children's television series ROCK IT! She also –created tween series The Pods and the animated series Get Ace and The Sunshine Friends. Dina is the creator, writer and producer of new tween sitcom Hangin' Round Chase Brown. An accomplished songwriter, Dina has written music for Cartoon Network and Warner Bros as well as over 150 songs for other children's films and television series.
